If you cancel mid-process, payments are not refunded. If there is an issue with the university acceptance letter, the tuition fee may be refunded (as stated in the agreement).

If you apply for an English program without a recognized certificate, a test may be organized after arrival, and admission can remain conditional until successful completion.
